F2 GPS cellphone from d-Media

The F2 could still remain as a concept from d-Media, but manufacturing these would be mighty impressive. The F2 cellphone is equipped with the vaunted SiRFStar III GPS chipset that provides the most accurate readings on a commercial offering. Measuring just 107mm x 43mm x 15mm, the F2 has the potential to be the slimmest GPS phone in the world. Other features include a 1.3 megapixel camera, a color TFT screen, PIM software, and a SD memory card slot for memory expansion options. The F2 is also capable of MP3 and MPEG 4 playback. Pricing and availability details are unknown at press time.
