VZ Navigator by Verizon

The VZ Navigator from Verizon is a GPS-based navigation system for those on a budget – the software runs off cellphones and works pretty much the same way as any other in-car GPS system, save for the much smaller screen. Just input an address, route, or airport into the VZ Navigator and you’re good to go. A recently used destinations log comes in handy, especially while driving. Use the phone’s controls to browse through the planned turns in the route. Unfortunately, mapping information can be sketchy at times due to a lack of updates. Overall, VZ Navigator is impressive and offers value for money for $10/month. VZ Navigator is currently compatible with Motorola’s V325 CDMA handset, with future plans to incorporate support for other models. To see how VZ Navigator works, check out the video.
