Paper opts for Treo 700w over Treo 700p

Chicago Tribune has given its nod to the Treo 700w over the Treo 700p when it comes to new adopters as having an OS that is more familiar to the majority consumers is already half the battle won, with the famous Start button being the launchpad to everything else in a Windows environment. It allows quick access to the appointments list, e-mail inbox, SMSes, and contacts without the hassle of relearning a new OS. It looks as though staying in touch in a familiar, organized manner via a smartphone beats having a huge catalogue of third party software. Most hardcore technophiles will disagree and opt for the Treo 700p though.
