Nokia unveils Podcast listening application

Nokia has jumped on the podcasting bandwagon by releasing a beta version of its very own Podcasting application for the Nokia N91. This application is also compatible with other S60 3rd edition handsets and features a search function (courtesy of DigitalPodcast.com), directory browsing, subscription, and podcast downloads. Downloads can be set to manual or automatic and happens in the background so that you can use other functions on the phone. The Music Player is the application of choice to play back audio podcasts, while Real Player handles video podcasts. As usual, large data downloads could rack up exorbitant monthly bills so be selective in your listening or download them via WiFi if possible.
