The Fujitsu-Siemens N560 Pocket PC is powered by the Windows Mobile 5.0 Operating System and offers a lovely 3.5″ VGA screen that offers much brighter and sharper images than its predecessor, the Loox 720. It measures just 4.56″ x 2.79″ x 0.55″ and weighs 5.6oz, making it extremely portable. The N560 has a speedy 624MHz processor that breezes through any tasks thrown at it and offers amazing GPS performance. The non-volatile memory included is great as data is retained even if the battery is fully drained. The N560 costs £320, placing it a little high on the pricey side.

Nokia Siemens Networks CTO says 4G will 1000x faster and much cheaper by 2020
Nokia Siemens Network CTO, Hossein Moiin has come has stated to online sources that he thinks that there will be significant advances in network speeds and pricing by the year 2020. According to him, speeds will be 1000 times faster than they are now and on top of that, it will cost as little as $1 per GB which will be the daily consumption of an average user. The picture he painted about networking will allegedly come to fruition by the year 2020.

Samsung i637 Coming To AT&T
The FCC has given its approval of a Windows Mobile powered handset from Samsung. The device will be heading towards AT&T and will have features like HSDPA, Wi-Fi and a 1000 mAh battery. Unfortunately there isn’t any additional information on this phone, but stay tuned and we’ll keep you posted.

Siemens Gigaset: A "green" phone
The Siemens Gigaset, winner of a Red Dot Design Award earlier this year, is a eco-friendly device concept for green goodness. Made from an enviro-friendly plastic, the Gigaset has the option of running off of normal electrical energy, or by using solar power, built into its docking station. The Gigaset also features user friendly options including an intuitive menu, caller ID, widescreen OLED display and 3D surround speakers.
