World's dumbest thief?

Most thieves are smart enough to attempt evading the long arm of the law with precious little success, but there are others who are outright failures with double digit IQs. A woman in Milwaukee was robbed of her coat and purse along with her cellphone at gun point on May 10. The moron of a robber tried to activate the cellphone later at a cellular store only to have it confiscated and returned to the rightful owner. Apparently, the woman discovered a photo of the robber and his 3 accomplices in the phone and duly reported her find to the police. Talk about the lack of smarts!
