Samsung SCH-B540 DMB-enabled handset unveiled

The SCH-B540 DMB-enabled handset from Samsung (far left) was unveiled last week at the 2006 EXPO COMM exhibition in Seoul. SK Telecom will most probably release this CDMA 200 clamshell handset, although the price and release date have not yet been announced. The SCH-B540 boasts a rotating QVGA TFT display, a 2-megapixel camera, video recording and playback, TV-output, MP3 playback, EV-DO, Bluetooth connectivity, and S-DMB satellite TV reception for those hooked on serials.
