Nokia N93 – Best cellphone camera to date

The Nokia’s N93 camera module is its main selling point, with the TI2420 chip supporting a 3D accelerator that enables TV quality video recording capabilities and highquality still images. The Nokia N93’s camera is currently the best camera installed in any cellphone to date, overcoming even Sony Ericsson’s K790i. Unfortunately, all that performance comes with a price – it is quite big for a cellphone camera and the high cost could be prohibitive to consumers. This hybrid device could potentially be a challenger in the small digital camera market.
