Possible RAZR Defect, Stores Wait For New Shipment

Motorola have been replacing defective GSM RAZRs received by carriers in February. An issue with a component in some units caused them to randomly drop calls and reboot. Carriers have been notified. News has spread far enough that many Cingular and T-Mobile stores have suspended sale of all RAZRs. Motorola have announced that the problem has been dealt with and they will have RAZRs back “in a matter of days”. Via Phone Scoop
