Cingular Future Plans

Found on the Cingular website, on the Equipment Protection Plan page, is a list of phones not in itself entirely shocking, but then again all the models are as of yet unreleased. Cingular rep Ritch Blasihad this to say when questioned “We look at and test dozens, even hundreds of devices over the course of the year,” but we leave the you to decide what the list of unreleased models might mean.

• HP iPAQ hw6920/hw6925, handheld iPAQ communicators
• Motorola V3i
• Motorola E680, Linux-based PDA phone
• Motorola A910, Linux-based with Wi-Fi
• Nokia 7700, tablet-style PDA
• Nokia Texas
• RIM 7130C, Cingular verions of the BlackBerry
• Samsung D807, slim slider phone
• Cingular 6500, Windows Mobile phone
